Tinsel Strengths!

There are many ways to love you and it shows, for a bit of truth you love you so much that you would not go without a few days meal unless it benefited you. Oh! Guy, please! Do not say that, I give to others and to people in need. I give my church money on Sunday and I help out at the neighborhood food bank and see to the sick. So there you see I love people besides myself. I do that too, so let’s drew straws for who will choose to die first when the worst comes, are you ready? No I will die for you any day of the week and that will not change no matter if I get the longest straw. Well that is not fair it should be according to situation, not just like that. Well that is what solders do they have made up their minds to fight and pay the ultimate cost for you and some of them don’t even know your name, and they don’t care if you like them or not.

I know this kind of man all too well, I joined the Navy and had a fire in my eye that was not to do anything but be a military man. I wanted to be a man of honor a man that had ribbons on my breast plate, which said that I was not afraid to die for my belief. But the action was not close enough so I tater joined the Army and then at the age of forty I tried to see if this body would make the grade, but my body was torn and tattered. I know the kind of man who says I will give my life for you any day no matter the circumstances and no matter the time you are worth it to me.

Well God test that tinsel strength and integrity everyday and our performance is measured and we should be increasing this strength as we have it tested and need to build it up. I have seen those who love them selves too much and make unnecessary compromises for what? Stand on the principals that you believe love people enough that you would not only help from your excess but sometimes give to those who are in need more than you at the time. It is ok to sacrifice that is the cure element of love and giving is the best part of compassion. And hate just does not have a voice when you do things without selfishness, Wow! that was so easy to say but took a life time to do. I must say that I am learning to love, and most of us are too but it means that we all have to look at love differently and change our minds 180 degrees around because we don’t even have a clue.








Accountability!

There is a place that my God has taken me,
Not just a place to say that I’ve done well.
But a place of great responsibility,
“That’s what Christ said” and we should be.

I stand here accountable,
To help my brother to be free!
To teach him all the things,
That Jesus did teach me.

Not just to feed the man,
But also to hold his hurting hand;
To stay right there with him,
Till alone, he can stand!

I know, I must be always forgiving,
And I know my brother is just a man.
The bible says we are all sinners and there is none righteous, but only one.
But together we can help each other out, and then we have won.

So my friends just like a minuteman,
I am ready and waiting, Just to do the best I can.
Remember please! That I am only human too,
Yet still, I am always eager to give a helping hand.

To God I give the glory,
For He had made me who I am;
I am his servant forever, till the very end.
He makes us all accountable, to all the people that we befriend.
